The Institute of Work, Organisation and Wellbeing has evolved significantly from its early days of offering postgraduate courses in management psychology and occupational health and safety leadership. It spearheaded the design and offering of the University's first-ever undergraduate programme in applied psychology and management, drawing together two essential disciplines to enhance the understanding of business and business functions and human behaviour in workplace contexts. It furthered its postgraduate course offerings with both MPhil and PhD degrees in applied psychology.

With a strong voice, our School advocates for the growth, development, and role of applied psychology across Asia. Its active promotion of the discipline's contribution to industry and society the institute underscores the significant impact of its contributions, making us feel the importance of its work.
