How do I update my alumnus contact details?
How do I verify my University of Nottingham degree?
Verifying a degree can be done at the Student Registry Office. You can contact the office via email, or visit the office which is located on the First Floor, Block A (Trent Building). The office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
How do I confirm I was student of the University of Nottingham Malaysia?
Confirmation of degree letters can be obtained from the
Student Registry Office. The letters confirm the date an alumnus began their studies as well as the date they completed their studies, the degree awarded, and the graduation date (if they graduated). You can contact the office via
email, or visit the office, which is located on the First Floor, Block A (Trent Building). The office is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.
How do I request a replacement degree certificate/copy of my transcript or an English Language Certificate?
Replacement degree certificates and transcripts or English Language Certificates can be obtained from the Student Registry Office. You can contact the office via email, or visit the office, which is located on the First Floor, Block A (Trent Building). The office is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.
How can I access my student email?
Student email accounts are deactivated 90 days (about 3 months) after your official leaving date, so it is recommended that you plan and ensure no emails are sent to this account after the given period. For further information, you may contact IT Services here.
How do I access the campus?
The campus is now open to the public, and you may visit freely without the need for prior bookings.
How do I access online journals?
We are currently unable to give alumni access to online journals due to licensing issues. We are working towards providing access in the future.
How can I reconnect with lost friends/other alumni?
To reconnect with lost friends and other alumni, simply register to the UNM Alumni Network.
