This office manages the teaching timetables for all courses offered at the university. Most teaching are conducted on campus with the exception of selected MBA, PHIR and Applied Psychology postgraduate modules which are taught at the Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre (KLTC).
The timetabling office also manages the central room booking system which allows staff and students to book the seminar rooms for meetings and activities. Students should book via the Student Association Office.

Booking requests for affiliated Student Association (SA) clubs and societies must go through the Student Services. This includes Staff bookings on behalf of SA clubs and societies. Please visit the Student Assocation Staff Office, located at H1830 on the 1st Floor Block H Building for further information.
