Introduction

Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a series of global events from November 2023 to November 2024. The events will focus on the future of business and management, addressing the challenges and opportunities for current and future business leaders.

This NUBS 25th anniversary celebration event in Kuala Lumpur will be hosted by Professor David Goodwin, Dean of NUBS Malaysia with panel members of alumni, school partners and NUBS colleagues. The audience will include NUBS Malaysia educational and industry partners, as well as alumni and friends of the University, including colleagues from the UK and China campuses.

Professor Jason Pandya-Wood is the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at University of Nottingham Malaysia and a member of its Management Board. He spearheads the university's global engagement strategy and contributes to social policy research, focusing on community building, individual responsibility, risk management, and compassionate social welfare design.

Professor David Goodwin is the Dean of Nottingham University Business School, enhancing the university's commitment to transformative business education and industry engagement. With extensive experience in business consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship, and governance, he contributes significantly to academia and professional fields such as alternative dispute resolution, maritime law, and business regulation.

Ms. Molly Fong Hui Sain started at Rampai-Niaga in 1995 and progressed to be CEO by 2011. She is currently the Executive Director and board member of InNature Berhad, overseeing strategic development and governance. She holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham Malaysia and believes in how businesses can positively impact society.

Mr. Raymond Devadass is the Founder and Managing Director of Daythree and excels in strategic management within digital transformation. With an MBA in strategy and planning and credentials as a chartered accountant, he blends finance acumen with strategic vision. An author of several articles and research papers, he also leads industry associations and councils driving Malaysia's digital Global Business Services strategy. Raymond's advisory roles extend to MDEC, showcasing his expertise in nurturing digital talent and shaping industry growth.
