" Studying at UNM has deepened my understanding of the biology of life. I learned why I am alive and breathing (cardiovascular and respiratory systems), how the delicious Ban Mee in Broga fuels my body with energy (digestive system), why I enjoy the hike to Broga Hill (skeletal and muscular system), and more importantly, how I can appreciate the beautiful sunrise and meaningful interactions with my friends (the nervous system). But that’s not all! I also gained insights into the chemistry behind these processes and how it governs life. Is UNM the right place to study Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacy? Absolutely! And your presence on campus, along with the friendships you build, will definitely liven up the campus! "

" Welcome to the world of pharmacy! From a conventional point of view, a pharmacist licence enables you to join government services, private hospitals, community pharmacies, the pharmaceutical industry, or academia. As pharmacists, we have a wide selection of career paths, and what sets us apart is that our professional licence is a requirement, marking us as professionals. Beyond the career options mentioned, pharmacists can do much more, as our roles are constantly evolving. Apart from developing their own business, pharmacists can become enforcement pharmacists, business development managers, or even consultants. After completing my rewarding pre-registration training in Nottingham, I returned to Malaysia and worked as a community pharmacist holding various roles. Subsequently, I joined PhAMA and where I became involved in policy work and high-level engagements. During your time at Nottingham, make the most of the opportunities to broaden your horizons. Your future should not be defined by conventional wisdom. I look forward to meeting fellow Nottingham alumni in the professional world, with endless opportunities await! "

" I want to take this opportunity to thank the University of Nottingham MPharm Programme delivery team. I have no regrets about embarking on this journey as a 2+2 student - it was the best decision ever. I had the benefit of staying close to home for the first two years in Malaysia and later gaining invaluable university experience in the UK. The 2+2 MPharm programme prepared me so well for my pre-registration year, especially with all the support given throughout my time at the university. Two of my favourite final year modules were Pharmacy Leadership and Management (PLM) and Integrated Pharmaceutical and Patient Care (IPPC), which equipped me with a solid foundation of clinical knowledge and helped shape me into a confident pre-registration pharmacist. If you are considering an MPharm programme but are unsure where to go, I highly recommend the University of Nottingham. "
