Alumni and Donor Relations Office (ADRO) organised a wellness session titled Wellness on Tuesday, 12 May 2020 at 8pm through Microsoft Teams.
The wellness session moderated by our very own Dr Christine Leong from the School of Psychology and two alumni, who graduated from the same school, were invited as panellists to share tips on staying healthy, happy and motivated during this challenging time.
Carmen Lee, who is currently a Clinical Psychologist at We Care Allied Health Centre, and Genevieve Wong, a co-founder of BAE Counselling and Therapy Centre, shared informative wellness tips, advice and recommendations, covering all levels of people including working adults, students, parents and families, and also for people with pre-existing conditions.
Participants were also available to get post-support from the panellists after the session as they shared their details to get in touch.
The session went on smoothly and feedback received from the participants was positive as they said the session was great and very well-discussed.
