Please fill in this online form, and upon submission, a registration acknowledgement email will be sent to you shortly.
Notes:
- To complete your registration, please ensure that you have made payment and have an electronic copy of the payment slip to be attached in your reply to the registration acknowledgement email.
- E-receipts will be emailed to participants after payment.
- If you need an invoice to make payment, please email us at futurefoods.malaysia@nottingham.edu.my.
Amount to pay:
The conference fee will include Morning tea break, Lunch, Afternoon Tea break and Gala Dinner (accommodation and transportation are excluded).

Option 1: Credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa only):
Step 1: Go to https://epay.nottingham.edu.my/.
Step 2: In the "fees name" drop-down menu, choose "FSSIDS 2022 Conference (MYR) for Malaysian participants", or " FSSIDS 2022 Conference (USD) for international participants".
Step 3: Make payment and attach payment slip in your reply to the registration acknowledgement email.

Important: Please remember to indicate the code number (W0009.54.04) in your transaction, and send us the payment slip immediately after the payment transaction.
