It’s a busy time as we prepare to meet our Nottingham alumni community in two major cities in India; Bangalore and Delhi. We’re organising dinner parties for the tri-campus alumni community, at which you’ll be able to meet your peers and network, in addition to finding out about employment and internship opportunities. These events will be organised in collaboration with the Global Employability Team, the International Office and NUBS.
The recent International Graduates’ Pre-departure event was a huge success and we are now proud to announce that international final year students are registered to be ambassadors of their respective countries when they return home after graduation.
Equally exciting for the Alumni and Donor Relations Office is the news that a number of staff and student community projects have been selected as winners of the Make a Difference (MAD) and Cascade Awards. Thank you to all the alumni and friends of the University who have supported the funds to enrich student experience on campus.
And we’re also delighted that 15 students have successfully concluded the Nottingham Advantage Award Developing Skills for Working in Public Relations after they completed various projects on alumni relations and philanthropy.
We appreciate you may live some distance away from the three cities we’re visiting, but if you are in India on any of our event dates, we would love to see you!
Check our events calendar to register and then come along and say hello.
