How do I apply for job?
You can apply for a job by visiting the "Current Vacancies" section on our jobs page. Here, you'll find a list of available positions. Click on the position you're interested in and follow the instructions to submit your application.
What is the application process like?
After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our Human Resources Department and the Hiring Manager. Should your qualifications and experience match what we are looking for, we will contact you to arrange for interview.
What should I submit with my application?
Please include your most recent resume and a cover letter addressing how you fit into the criteria with your application.
When applying to positions, who else will have access to my application?
When you apply, your application will be reviewed by our Human Resources Recruitment team as well as the Hiring Manager for that specific role. Rest assured that we handle all applications with confidentiality and professionalism.
How long does it take to hear back after applying?
The timeframe can vary depending on the position and the number of applications we receive. However, we aim to respond to shortlisted applicants within 1 month of the application deadline.
Due to the volume of applications received, please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
How can I find out if the position has been filled?
You can find out if the position has been filled by checking the job advertisement. If it is no longer posted, it usually means the position has been filled.

I am not a Malaysian citizen. Can I still apply for a position?

Please be advised that your appointment is subject to obtaining all necessary approvals from the relevant Malaysian government authorities. This includes securing the appropriate approval from SOCSO (Social Security Organization) and the Malaysian Immigration Department. The required approvals typically include the Employment Pass, Permission to Work, or Resident Pass, depending on the nature of your role. Kindly note that your employment will only be finalised once these approvals have been obtained and all necessary legal formalities are completed.
Is it essential to have experience in the education industry?
