Pre-arrival information

To assist NEW international students upon their arrival at UNM, please fill in the online Arrival Information Form with all the required information including your flight details. The form is available from 1st January 2025.

• You can only submit this form once
• The form should be submitted at least seven working days before your arrival in Malaysia.
• You can only enter via authorised entry points: Terminal 1 or 2.

Airport Pickup

Airport pickup will only be available from Terminal 1 on the following dates. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please make your own arrangements to get to Terminal 1 to take up the free airport pickup:

Pick-up Dates:

Monday 20th January 2025 till Friday 24th January & 27th January 2025, Monday.

* Airport pick up will not be available on weekends and during the public holidays -

Pick-up timing: 11.00AM.

Accommodation 

If you are living on-campus, you are advised to email and inform the Accommodation Office about your arrival ( this is very important if you are arriving on weekends, after hours or during public holiday)
