What is Career Mentoring?
"Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be." - Eric Parsloe, The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring, 2008.
Be connected and inspired by our Career Mentoring programme. Join the programme to prepare for the working world and stay a step ahead of the rest.
The employers who will become your life-long mentor will provide:
- practical advice
- industry insight
- opportunities to develop your skills
By joining the Career Mentoring, the mentee will gain one-to-one support from the experienced professionals. You will gain an insight into the preferred industry, opportunity to network and expand your horizons.
Find your mentor
A mentor is an experienced guide who can provide support, counsel, reinforcement, and a constructive example.
Both prospective mentors and mentees provide the scheme coordinator with a profile in order to make suitable matches, where the Career Mentoring coordinator will make every effort to create compatible matches.
