The School of Biosciences at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC) is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2016. Over these 10 years we have developed in to a community of around 300 staff and students, and now offer four undergraduate degrees in Biotechnology, Environmental Science, Nutrition and Plant Biotechnology. These courses reflect the essence of Biosciences: science that aims to find solutions to some of the greatest challenges of our time, from food security to climate change to obesity and cancer.
As part of our celebrations we are running a 10th anniversary Essay Competition. The winner will receive a cash prize of RM1000, and three runners up will each receive a prize of RM500. All entrants will receive a certificate of participation.
