To recommend new materials for purchase, please use the appropriate electronic forms below :

• Recommendation for Books / AV Materials / Ebooks
  (for students and academic staff)

• Recommendation for Periodical Subscriptions
  (for academic staff only) 

You can search for your recommended item in NUsearch to check the process status of the item. For easy reference, you can retrieve a list of your recommended item(s) by logging in to the eform (for Books/AV materials/eBooks), and clicking on the ‘My Submissions’ link on left side panel.

Also, when you initially request for an item using the eform, you can select the ‘Notify me when the item(s) has arrived’ checkbox to receive an automated email notification upon arrival of the item to the library.

An email alert for newly processed library items (mainly books, audio-visual material and eBooks) is sent out monthly. Click on the link provided in the email to view the new titles (listed by month).
