Biography

Ms Sharon Romeo has more than 5 years of industrial experience in various industries including customer service, civil service and also in training and development. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management. She is currently teaching the Foundation in Science program at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. Ms Sharon obtained her Master of Managerial Psychology and Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University, Malaysia. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Applied Psychology in University of Nottingham.

Expertise Summary

Ms Sharon is extremely passionate about customer service especially in Malaysia and her PhD is also in the area of customer service and contributors to good service quality.

She has also spearheaded the Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) program in the Foundation in Science school. The PAL aims at helping students to get through their Foundation modules during the reassessment periods.

Teaching Summary

Currently Ms Sharon is teaching the Psychology modules in the Foundation in Science program.
