- Associate Professor Ganesh Kumar Nadarajah is an accomplished academic and senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including banking, consulting, and sustainability. Since 2023, he has held the position of Assoc. Prof. at Nottingham University Business School Malaysia, where he serves as the Director of MBA Programs for both Malaysia and Singapore, in addition to overseeing Executive Education and External Engagement.
- Key highlights of Ganesh's distinguished career include his 18-year tenure as Executive Vice President of Group Strategy and Finance at a leading Malaysian banking group, where he led critical business management and strategic initiatives. He also served as Executive Director and Group CFO at Farm Fresh Berhad, steering financial strategy, growth initiatives, and regional expansions. Additionally, he was appointed Country Director of Eden Strategy Institute LLP, an international consulting firm focusing on sustainability and innovation. Ganesh is also the Managing Partner of SustainShift Ideation, a consultancy that delivers innovative sustainability solutions to businesses.
