Research Committee

The Research Committee is responsible for developing strategies that help maintain a healthy research base across the Faculty and promote cross-disciplinary research and scholarly output. The Committee shall implement and manage research activities in line with the University’s and UNMC Research Strategy Committee’s (RSC) directives.

The Research Committee meets quarterly and supports a range of research-related activity across the faculty, including organising research talks, supporting postgraduate research and allocating internal research funding. The Research Committee is chaired by Prof. Nashiru Billa from the School of Pharmacy.
