The school is pleased to announce that Yeoh Su-Wern has passed her PhD viva voce examination held on 16 June 2022.
Her thesis, “Opposition Subnational Strongholds in Dominant Party Authoritarian Regimes (DPARs): The Pakatan Coalition in Selangor and Penang from 2008 to 2018”, was supervised by Professor William Case and Professor Katharine Adeney. The Internal Examiner was Dr Julia Roknifard, the External Examiner was Dr Kai Ostwald from University of British Columbia and the Chair was Dr Sumit Mandal.
