The UNMC Frisbee Team in action at the MAPCU Tournament

Despite the heat and humidity the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus Frisbee team @Oopsters were crowned champions of the 2011 Malaysian Association of Private Colleges and Universities (MAPCU) Frisbee Tournament.  The tournament was hosted  at the newly renovated UNMC Y.M. Tengku Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Ahmad Rithauddeen Sports Complex. Despite injuries and competitive opponents, the UNMC team went undefeated throughout the tournament; clinching the championship on the 24th of September.

A good attitude, consistent practice and an effective succession plan throughout the season guided the success of the team.

Congratulations to the team and we hope for an equally good result next year.
