Join this forum to discuss the directions for the media in Malaysia as well as rights of the public to access information. What are the opportunities for reforms in this post-GE14 environment? What are the experiences with reforms in our neighboring countries in Southeast Asia that we can learn from? Use this opportunity to share your ideas, questions or recommendations on what you think the media landscape should look like.

Regional speakers include Nezar Patria (Editor in Chief, Jakarta Post and member of Indonesian Press Council), Zayar Hlaing (member of Myanmar Press Council) and Tess Bacalla (executive director, Southeast Asian Press Alliance).
