Life Cycle Malaysia Donations

There are two options made available for your convenience to make a donation towards the cause. 

Option 1 : Donate Online
Option 2 : Mail in cheque with donation form.

Use ONLY one of the options to make a donation for the cause.
 
OPTION 1 : Donate online

Step 1 : Click to Donate Online and select Lifecycle Event from the drop down menu.

Step 2 : Upon making your online donation, take note of the Approval Code on the online official receipt as you will be required to provide this code to complete this process.

Step 3 : Click to complete your ONLINE DONATIONS for the cause. You will need to have completed Step 1 and 2 before proceeding to Step 3.

OPTION 2 : PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

Step 1 : Download hard copy of Donations Form. 
Step 2 : Fill in the Donations Form and ensure cheque number is provided in the form.
Step 3 : Write cheque payable to "The University of Nottingham in Malaysia Sdn Bhd".
Step 4 : Mail cheque along with completed Donations Form to :
