Providing administrative and project management support to the Alumni Relations operation enabling a greater level of department alumni engagement. Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries from professional and academic departments. Playing a key role in transforming the University's approach to departmental alumni engagement, improving the alumni offer, encouraging an increased level of contribution - both financial donation and volunteering.
