The School of Computer Science congratulates Mr Mirza Hizriyan Nubli Hidayat on being awarded the Vice Chancellor Medal for 2024. Mirza’s achievement is in recognition of him bridging the gap between students and academics within our school that contributed to the significant improvement of the Computer Science students experience.
The Vice-Chancellor's Medal (VC’s Medal) award was introduced in 2015, as a continuation from the success of the Vice-Chancellor's Achievement Award. The Medal is for the recognition of exceptional achievements by staff or students at the University. The criterion for the award includes exceptional achievement in any arena; notable endeavour which has made a difference to the University; a substantive contribution which has enhanced the reputation of University of Nottingham and activity which has had a noticeably positive impact on students, staff or the local community.
