School of Computer Science 2024 Teaching and Learning Away Day

The School of Computer Science held their annual Teaching Away Day on Monday, 1^st July 2024 at the beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside. The full day programme was engaged with detailed discussions by all Computer Science members of staff on all teaching and learning related matters, ranging from improving the marking processes to automating marking to ease the workload of fellow staff as well as reviewing how teaching can be improved further for the betterment of our students. Action plans from the discussion was recorded for further action by the person in charge in the coming weeks/months.

The School would like to sincere thank Dr Iman Yi Liao (Director of Teaching and Learning) and Mr Chew Sze Ker (Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning) for jointly organising a very successful away day. Additionally, the School would also like to sincere thank Dr Jess Price (Associate Dean of Teaching and Learning for Faculty of Science and Engineering) for joining us in the day to share her valuable wisdom and experience on how further improvements to our teaching and learning delivery can be performed.
