In this Masterclass, Dr Dilip Mutum will discuss some current trends in social media marketing, and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on social media marketing. The session will also include discussions of case studies and their managerial implications.
Dr. Dilip S. Mutum is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Nottingham University Business School, University of Nottingham Malaysia. An avid blogger, Dilip’s research interests include digital consumption, social media and sustainable marketing. Dilip has also advised various organisations on strategic marketing issues. His research work has been published within a range of publications – both in print and online. He has co-edited four books and has recently published a handbook on social media for academics.
