Viva announcements

The school is pleased to announce that Lim Hooi Shan has passed her PhD viva voce examination.

Her thesis, “Psychological and Organisational Determinants of Career Success Amongst Women Academics in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine (STEMM)”, was supervised by Dr Laura De Pretto and Dr Marshall Valencia. The Internal Examiner was Dr Hazel Melanie Ramos from Division of Organisational and Applied Psychology (DOAP), the External Examiner was Dr Kristin Hildenbrand from Sheffield University Management School and the Chair was Dr Risky Harisa Haslan.

The school is also pleased to announce that Fatimah Hanum Mohamad Hajari has passed her PhD viva voce examination.

Her thesis, “Job Performance in the Malaysian Public Service: The Roles of Job Demand – Resources and Subjective Wellbeing”, was supervised by Dr Angeli Santos and Dr Marshall Valencia. The Internal Examiner was Dr Siti Khadijah Zainal Badri from Division of Organisational and Applied Psychology (DOAP), the External Examiner was Dr Siti Aisyah Panatik from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and the Chair was Dr Risky Harisa Haslan.
