To assist NEW international students upon their arrival at UNM, please fill in the online Arrival Information Form with all the required information including your flight details.
- You can only submit this form once
- The form should be submitted at least seven working days before your arrival in Malaysia.
- You can only enter via authorised entry points: Terminal 1 or 2.
Airport Pickup
Airport pickup will only be available from Terminal 1 on the following dates. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please make your own arrangements to get to Terminal 1 to take up the free airport pickup:
Pick-up Dates:
1) 19th August 2024, Monday to 23rd August 2024, Friday
2) 26th August 2024, Monday to 28th August 2024, Wednesday
3) 02nd September 2024, Monday to 06th September 2024, Friday
4) 09th September 2024, Monday to 13th September 2024, Friday
Pick-up timing:
10.00AM, 4.00PM & 9.00PM
Accommodation
If you are living on-campus, you are advised to email and inform the Accommodation Office about your arrival ( this is very important if you are arriving on weekends, after hours or during public holiday)
If you fail to do this you will need to make your own accommodation arrangements for your arrival in Malaysia. Students staying off-campus should make their arrangements directly with their accommodation provider.
