- This exchange is applicable to all Year three students who finished Japanese 3B under SMLC.
- Course Duration is one year or 1 semester (six months)
One-year exchange (the programme starts in early Oct, then the student needs to come back to UNM in July for the graduation ceremony), or one-semester exchange (the programme starts in early Oct, then the student needs to back to UNM in Feb for the graduation ceremony).
- For both cases, students have to delay their graduation ceremony.
- Application can be made directly to the school.

- This exchange is applicable to all Year three students who finished Japanese 3B under SMLC.
- Course Duration: One semester (Autumn semester - estimated six months. The programme starts in early Oct, student must return to Malaysia upon completion of course) OR One year (The programme starts in early Oct, student must return to Malaysia upon completion of course).
- For both cases, students have to delay their graduation ceremony (defer the graduation for six months or one year).
- Seat available: 1 student only.
- Application can be made directly to the school.

Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea
Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences
- School of Media, Languages & Cultures (SMLC)
- For Year 3 students to apply to go after completion of the UG courses at UNM (to go for 1-semester only - Autumn Semester)
- This exchange is applicable to all students in SMLC. All courses under SMLC - ICS, ICS with Film & TV, ICS with ELL, ICS with PA and Liberal Arts. Priority will be given to students taking Korean languages modules in SMLC.
- Minimum requirement is 55% and above. Quota is imposed and set by the host campus.
- Apply in Year 3 to go after completion of the UG courses at UNM (non credit). To go in Autumn semester and come back for the graduation in Feb. In later case, students have to delay their graduation ceremony.

4. Courses are NOT eligible for Exchange Programme as below;
- BSc (Hons) Applied Psychology and Management
- BEng/MEng (Hons) Mechatronics Engineering
- MPharm (Hons) Pharmacy (2+2)
- School of Mathematical Sciences
5. All undergraduate students (Year 1) are eligible to apply for this exchange and subject to schools’ requirements.
6. UK Exchange Quota: There are limited quotas for Engineering, Business School & selected schools in Faculty of Science. Quota will be determined by UK Campus and subject to change on yearly basis.
7. Exchange/Mobility and/or transfer may also not be possible due to citizenship, regulatory, or other rules in the destination country. For example; Students from the UK cannot apply for exchange/transfer back to UN UK and students from China cannot apply for exchange/transfer back to UNNC.
8. Extension of the exchange period - Any request for the exchange extension will not be approved/granted once you have submitted the application or while you are on the exchange period at the host campus.
9. Please take note that UNM will not be responsible or liable for any changes in the current SOP made by the Government of Malaysia or of the host country, which may prohibit you from going on with the exchange. UNM will continue to assist you with your arrangements as appropriate but you are responsible for any loss/risk that occurred during the process for your exchange.
